Great idea but poor execution. I wanted something that will organize my clients and their dogs. I can import clients from my address book but it will not let me import just one, I have to import ALL contacts then delete the ones I dont want. If I want to add one later I cant, I have to import them all again or make a new client within the app. I thought it was neat that I could add pets to an owner, until I realized that ALL pets are put under ALL owners, so it is impossible to tell who owns who. Appointment booking should be a LOT easier. You have to click on the calendar to book, which means a lot of scrolling around until you find what you want. Then you have to scroll through your client list to find which client is making the appointment. You should be able to book the appointment from your client page. I have too many clients to be scrolling through them all the time. You also should be able to set your hours so you dont have to scroll past times on the calendar that you are not even open. I really really want this app to work as it is the closest one Ive found to what I want. The interface is nice and simple and the ideas are there, but they just need a lot of work. Please fix it!!
I saw the picture that has the option of dog boarding service appointments but after I download it, the app meant for groomers instead of really for dog boarding services professional, because when I create the appointment they only give the duration of time up to 9 hours instead of the whole day for dog boarding and I would like to suggest if its for dog boarding services, they can show the time instead of just putting the duration in the appointment. However if I was a groomer, it will be a great app.
This app looked so enticing and pretty and colorful from the App Store. Truly, it is just a calendar and an address book. And a crummy app altogether. I had entered a whole list of services with pricing, and for no apparent reason they all disappeared. Im mad at myself for spending money on this.
Very disappointed. This app needs a lot of work. for example, You cant enter a client name and book a range of dates. Services include only groomers. What about vets or trainers? The pets special needs and instructions?
Do not pay for this app. It can not complete the most basic of functions.
